Tricked-out tech-step missiles from Hardware on Various Production's label. Apparently the work of a new producer (but your guess is good as ours), this debut 12" takes samples from what is purported to be a little known D&B ace by Pager B-TZ released by Liss Fuzion in 1996 and splits their atoms over two taut killers. Again can neither confirm or deny those facts, but we can say this is some heavyweight dancefloor gear, giving up tendon-twitching syncopations laced with slicing chords and synth strikes and dropping to a widescreen breakdown in 'Checking One', whilst flipside 'Your Move' takes those Photek-styled drums and factors them to a more spacious half-timed coda stepping out somewhere between Rockwell, Dub Phizix and Venetian Snares.
