Boomkat Product Review:
A brace of nine minute versions derived from the mighty Robag, brought to you from two central european locations du jour, cologne and berlin respectively. Via switzerland by way of the chilean – prussian connection - Luciano playing his own remix, fighting a very popular corner, already a favourite in the mix of his mesmerising live sets. Characterised by animals in the undergrowth, rudey bleeps intersperse a choogling rhythm – it’s a typical long luciano jam, as you’ll probably have spotted by now. As ever the tune wanders all over the shop, the production borders on sick and you’re almost obliged to follow. The other side belongs to Tobi Neumann - remixing with the help of his daughter and one Richard Wolfsdorf (if you apply yourself a little bit, you might work out who this is! No prizes mind.) Neumann trills and kicks the back of sluggish knees – making the tune all his own – all hooks and bumping behinds for the ladies, lads on their tail. Mmmm!
