Boomkat Product Review:
Berlin's finest deep and dubby house imprint Mojuba ropes in Sven Weismann for a couple of absolute killers on the 'Kiss of abana' 12". Weismann carves up a sumptuously deep and dubby rump pumper on the title track, taking his time to work up a pedigree Deepchord style groove directed by congas and super crisp percussion until the dub chords drop some half way through and it's basically lights out, heady stuff. 'Amity' on the flip is a little less frivolous, instead taking a far deeper and dubbier chords driven house route, sounding a lot like the ace 12" from Oracy last month or MyMy's excellent 12" for Ostgut, deep and long tripping house styles, but constantly keeping your intesrest perked with ace rhythmic develpoments that will work a good floor to the bone. Deep beyond belief, strictly limited pressing and an absolutely essential purchase!
