Boomkat Product Review:
Apparently, Who Never Rests marks the first album in Khan's career that he's opted to sing on his own album. His voice certainly has a unique swagger to it, lending a sense of '80s electropop eccentricity to these indietronic compositions. By the time you arrive at 'I Got Too', Khan's in the sort of ironic disco mode suited to his early performances (which took place with him wearing only a pair of pants with his name sewn into them). 'You Like To Party?' persists with this sort of tongue-in-cheek behaviour, but some of the more downtempo moments show off Khan's deft production skills to the greatest success, as on the highly whimsical 'Satan Backwards'.
