Boomkat Product Review:
Hot A'dam based property Tom Trago unleashes his debut album for Rush Hour this week following from a very well recieved roll of singles over the last 3 years. In partnership with fellow Beat Dimension explorer Yuro, the pair have provided some of the biggest deep house infected disco cuts of the last few years with 'Primary Roots' and 'Compressed Roots' for Rush Hour, arguably defining the current sound of Amsterdam. 'Voyage Direct' is Trago's first full length LP and is destined to be ranked next to Trus'me's 'Working Nights' as a prime example of fresh disco-house produced by highly talented hands. From the Theo Parrish alike filter treatments on 'Use Me' to the tuffer 80's disco and electro soul edits on 'Live With The BBQ' or the Newworldaquarium styled psyche-house joint 'Lost In The Streets Of NYC' this will satisfy even the most hardcore deep house and disco heads. Trago tracks have been played by everyone from Trus'me to Laurent Garnier and many more.
