Boomkat Product Review:
ANTHEM BIZNIZZ! The much anticipated debut release from London's L-Vis 1990 finally finds a home on the world-taking Mad Decent imprint, giving a heavy vinyl cut to the devastating 'United Groove' backed with 'Come Together'. Along with a tightly knit crew of DJs and producers L-Vis is at the ball-achingly cool end of London's club scene, curating a forthcoming selection for Fabric and spanking out killer mixes crammed with the freshest UK Funky, B-More, Grime and all that across the webternet. 'United Groove' has been giving us itchy feet since the start of the year, clashing together a slightly camp NYC house-styled intro with what he himself terms "Hyperbass" styles, basically an amalgam of the best looking features of House, D'n'B, Grime, Funky, Dubstep jammed into some kind of meta-groove that just slays it cold at a very useful 130bpm. 'Come Together' is no lame B-side fodder either, hitting home with a blend of bashment flavoured ragga, B-More and rave vibes to wreck the club. Undoubtedly one of 2009's most essential dancefloor bombs.
