Boomkat Product Review:
One of the UK's finest leftfield disco/house units presents a smouldering and blue-tinted sophomore album via their Tiny Sticks imprint. They're joined by the vocal toast of the nu-disco scene, Ghostape for half of the ten tracks on offer, while the rest are purely instrumental affairs enriched with the pair's warm, almost dub-like analogue production and crisp, modern finish. It's a unique conflagration of ideas borrowed from thirty odd years of dance music culture, smashing anachronistic atoms of proto-house, disco, electro and dub with a knowing, magpie-like quality. Excellent.
