Boomkat Product Review:
Bolshy and boxed imaginary warehouse tackle by Gaul Plus and Bergsonist
We’re feeling both of the Gaul Plus cuts, with the agitated swang of ‘Church of the Motorway’ recalling Xiao Quan and Bank NYC aces, and ‘Lecherous Suitor RIP’ tekking us back to properly dirty free party tekno sounds with slathering effect. Bergsonist’s bits are more subtle but completely infectious on the nagging techno tweaks of ‘Viruses Slowly Destroying the Planet’ and a MIllsian Detroit-style groove ’Shootings Everywhere’. Good this.
