Boomkat Product Review:
The artist that everyone thought was Maurizio a few years ago is back with another great twelve for the Cache label, this time round featuring four new tracks that take in influence from Basic Channel and Rob Hood with equal measure. "Cem" is up first and unfolds with a healthy reverence for looped dub stretches that take you back to those Maurizio comparisons instantly - dense, deep and heavy, just the way we like it. "Modular" is up next and is just sick - one of those looped stab-tracks that was made to fill floors without resorting to big whooping crescendos or trance standards - making this an essential EP before we even get to side two. Killer!
