Boomkat Product Review:
It's a Belgium-via-Sheffield ting on Tete de Tigre's 2nd release for Squelch and Clap. There's a pretty melancholy feel to the originals, from the warbling sadness of the signature title track through the almost aggressive stabs of 'Schipol Nghtmare' and the drugged-out despair of the vocals on 'Easyblast', but the rhythms are all infectiously buoyant. Remixes taken in wikced, Blake-sian 808 styles from B-Ju, fresh Bass/House futurism from Arcade and darker subbass undulation from Mock The Zuma. Tipped for fans of the Night Slugs, Left_Blank or L2S sounds.
