Boomkat Product Review:
Brandishing a very good date for acid, etched in its run out groove in fact - March 1988. One of the avalanche of imports which seemed to appear around that time, and disappeared just as fast in a spate of great nights and dry ice - its sounds like this which truly made us lose it the first time around. There's an effortless simplicity to these records, and more than a passing similarity to the early bombs making their way over here on Trax. Bizarre spoken word segments were of course the norm, but the sounds are certifiable classic acid, each kick and snare and surge seeming to match every one of your mysterious body impulses. Mad tune, and if you're still recovering from the Gerald - 808 State a few weeks back, there's no better way to keep the fires fully stoked :- a-c-i--e--e--e--e--d.
