Boomkat Product Review:
Radioslave's dancing powerhouse Rekids reaches a critical mass with the latest round up of the labels goodies covering their last 18 months of output. Split over three CD's with nary a filler in sight. The first disc covers original tracks from the likes of Radioslave 'Bell Clap Dance', Mr.G's 'U Askin', Runaway's 'Brooklyn Club Jam', the epic 'Serpiente Cosmica' from Veinte Tres and more from Spencer Parker, Luke Solomon and Toby Tobias, while the remix CD collates their impeccably selected remixes including Marcel Dettmann's destructive version of 'U Askin' and Christian Vogel's motorik booty workout of Jjak Hogan's 'Devo' besides Dubfire's surprisingly cool version of 'Grindhouse' and Prins Thomas's mix of Luke Solomon's 'Spirit'. As if that wasn't enough, they squeeze in a third disc mixed by Spencer Parker, putting the best tracks into a mix context for jacking out house parties and headphones with more tracks from Matt O'Brien, Toby Tobias, Roman Flugel and a healthy dose of Radioslave to make sure you don't forget his name. Phew! It's a hefty package and comes well recommended for the all night/day raving crew. Told!
