Boomkat Product Review:
Deeper techno and electro-house wares from Prime Numbers stalwart Nick Sinna, including remixes by Conforce and JTC. 'Voyager' nods to the accelerated dystopian space-funk of Cybotron and early Model 500, while also reminding us of Dutch luminaries like Unit 5, Alden Tyrell and Syncom Data. 'Kick The Habit''s low-slung bumps, claps and marimba-like percussion feel more like a tribute to 90s Nu Groove house, while 'Real Time' seems stripped and streamlined for Teutonic dancefloor action and 'Momentary' finds its niche between the wispy dub-techno-lite of a Yagya or a Brock van Wey and the post-Detroit expressionism of Convextion/ERP. Conforce adds a rude percussive jack and trippy, whispered vocal flourishes to 'Real Time', and JTC ramps up the Juno chord squelch of 'Voyager' inna pistoning Rob Hood style. Six different strokes, all sound.
