Boomkat Product Review:
Look beyond the obligatory down-tuned vocal mumblings and this Marcel Knopf track harbours some mightily appealing minimal techno credentials. There are some bold editing techniques at work here, slicing the main core of the song into shreds that find themselves carved up into fresh melodic and rhythmic patterns. There's a fine stuttering feel to it all that's ever so slightly reminiscent of the sort of structuring techniques you might hear from Soundhack or perhaps even SND if you're being extra generous. Even only those vocals weren't there. Daniel Stefanik provides a slightly more run-of-the-mill drum machine-oriented remix, maintaining the minimal percussive edge of the original but without the tricky editing contortions.
