Boomkat Product Review:
Mark Nelson had already provided the Kranky label with its very first release under the Labradford moniker back in 1993, but in 1998 decided to fuck us up completely with this (sorry) cinematic masterpiece.
This debut, self-titled album still sounds as opulent as it did when it first came out - a vast, widescreen landscape fusing drifting echoes and sparkling dub delay. It's just inarguably beautiful music for drifters & dreamers, one of the best Kranky's we reckon.
