Boomkat Product Review:
Disposable Commodities display the diversity of Always Human Tapes with a nine-track selection veering from muggy techno to ambient interludes and ghostly electronic abstraction.
It's a fine showcase of Midwestern techno and related styles, introducing a host of new names (to us at least) within a loosely fitting agenda, including highlights such as the rudimentary breakstep of 'Dirt Rack' by TML, or the fugged-out garage-techno of Eyedubs' 'New Life' contrasting with the Aught-like spectral silhouettes of 'Purple Love' by Yellow Hyper Balls, and Grouper-esque drone-pop from Áglæca.
