Deep house supremo Lerosa makes his debut for Million of Moments with the long awaited 'Lovers EP' following in the wake of warmly recieved cuts for Real Soon and Uzuri. The Lovers EP explores a variety of deep house tempos and sub-styles all tied together with that piquant touch that has signified the best of his work, opening up with the 100bpm jam 'Arctor', grinding the rhythm slow and low like the best of the Workshop 12"s from Kassem Mosse and Sascha Dive, and pivoting on crunchin' snares and a massively sqaushed square-bass that just oozes filth. 'Baba' and 'Circadia' both work on a futuristic Larry Heard vibe with tinkiling keys adding the soul and a smooth jacking 120bpm machine rhythm adding the hump factor, and 'Lovers_Bleed' finishes this highly accomplished EP with a rawer variation riding distorted kicks and robotic hi-hats, all sweetly dubbed and punctuated with the bluest midnight melodics. We could safely say this is one of the best things on MoM for a little while now and any fans of the Workshop/SlowHouse axis need look no further.
