Boomkat Product Review:
**Upfront Exclusive** Our favourite Portuguese production duo follow a run of aces on Semtek's Don't Be Afraid label and their own One Eyed Jacks imprint with a pair of sub-tropical House joints replete with a class Shadow Dancer refit. 'Hurt Me Hurt Me' lays down ten minutes of tucked-in, swinging Balearic boogie drums alloyed with grubby electronics and rippling tribal patterns made to snag your batty. 'Veracruz' on the other hand takes cues from classic Nu Groove and bleepin', early '90s UK House, and mixes them up with a breezy sort of Atlantic beach party psychedelia. Al and Paul Farrier aka Shadow Dancer turn out to be the perfect remix appointment for 'Veracruz', handing in a sleek Freestyle Electro overhaul that's right on the money.
