Boomkat Product Review:
The title suggests this EP is a bit more 'emo' than your average techno outing, and sure enough, the title track marries schaffel rhythms with wistful melodic developments - and it's a wholly successful blend too, brining to mind Superpitcher's finest work. 'Where Am I?' delivers a similar slant on the same sort of theme using harp plucks and clouds of pitchshifted noise that sounds a little like a flurry of steel drums. The remaining two tracks don't dissappoint either: both 'I'm Sorry I'm Sorry' and 'She's My Lady Friend' pile on the texture and tunefulness, adding an extra dimension to all the crunching 4/4 beats.
