Boomkat Product Review:
Orlando Voorn's most famous track gets a further re-issue on Mr De's Electrofunk records, courtesy of Submerge. The early 90's cut has long been in many Detroit fans top 10's and its not hard to see why. The classic acid and Detroit feel made it an instant winner in the Motor City, one the earliest appearance's was for Kevin Saunderson's KMS imprint, if you havent got this record, and you're a Detroit techno fan, just step up and buy it, the astonishing stabs stick instantly in your brain and the groove becomes embedded while the Derrick May-esque drops and backwards drums make it sound even more Detroit than it is. There are 2 extra cuts on the flip, but both pale in comparison to this air horn anthem that's over a decade old and still rocks, awesome.
