Boomkat Product Review:
Molly Wagger's debut album is easily the best record Tirk have released to date. It's also not really a typical Tirk record, instead exploring a Indie-pop avenue enhanced by finely tailored production from Sam Annand aka Architeq and just brimming with classic pop hooks and a rich Scottish Soul. For the most they operate with a standard rock set up of guitars, drums, vocals and some keys, but everything has been subtly tweaked for dreamy effect, and the more overt electronic moments are hugely successful, as with the mesmerizing 'Able Mable', and the charming electro-indie fusion of 'Zuma'. Ace.
