Boomkat Product Review:
Off-centre techno deviation from UK's Michael Travis - Aaron Dilloway's band-member in The Nevari Butchers - arriving on Midwich in the wake of EPs from Nate Young's Moon Pool & Dead Band, Magas and Viands.
On the A-side we're confronted with the wonky, livewire buzz of 'Multiple Roles', which is perhaps a bit too dry and turgid to keep our interest, whereas 'Aggravate Thye Grave' gets off with a sozzled, lo-fi glam swagger.
The other side is much better, imagining some sci-fi fusion of Rrose and Steve Moore with 'Face Disappears after Interrogation' and tipping out with the silicon-frying squeal and modular plonnnggg of 'Frigid Finger'.
One for the squat dwellers and crankiest techno freaks.
