Shades-on South African house flex from erstwhile LV member Gervase Gordon a.k.a. Okzharp for the purposes of the killer 12" starring SA vocalist Manthe on Hyperdub.
'Dumela 113' was conceived after Gordon and Manthe worked together on a film called 'Ghost Diamond' in their home country, with Gordon writing and Manthe taking care of styling, choreography, and even starring in it.
Two of the tracks on 'Dumela 113' also featured in the film - the sublow house pop of 'Sizzr' and the warped techno-pop bounce of 'Fede' - whilst the other two are exclusive to this single; the loping, iced-out flow and spare lacunae of 'Dear Ribane', and the instrumental funky clip of 'Glonet'.
