Boomkat Product Review:
Sheesh, after some demented warehouse techno variations? Look no further. Into Minimal? Well, even minimalists need to vent their spleen, forget about reduction and space and concentrate on peak-time nastiness for at least a few minutes, preferably once or twice a day. There’s nothing to be ashamed of, this is what clubs were made for after all - abandoned, unadulturated, care-free, raging Jack tunes barely contained within 12 inches of wax. The most freaked out club killer of the year so far? Hell, easily. And for catharsis? Flip over for ‘Come Together’ - built double-deep and ready for play at sunrise or any other suitably bleary-eyed moment. For us Mr Stott has been utterly peerless this year - without question the finest, most inspiring new producer of 2005, this being his most unhinged, essential emission to date. Killer!
