Boomkat Product Review:
**Upfront Exclusive** Great debut release of abstract, machine driven industrial house by UK producer, James Marrs. As the label say, it's "perfect dancefloor material. For a basement strobo party in David Lynch movie, that is". Four cuts knuckle down to a dry, abrasive sound with brittle drums, thudding bass and trippy vibes throughout, skulking between the Shitcluster-like mix of chopped grunts, eerie church bells and cold warehouse atmosphere in 'Care (Dopl Dub)' to filtered industrial jack on 'Release', freakier sample jabs on 'Saber' and the scuffed, twitchy darkside weirdness of 'Waves'. Definitely the best SD release in a while.
