Boomkat Product Review:
For the ninth installment of the Body Language series "DJ Hell presents his most personal mix yet..." featuring tracks by Depeche Mode, David Bowie, David Sylvian, Klaus Schulze and many more. From classically rooted beginngs courtesy of his own mix of C. Prommer's 'Sueño Latino' version, Hell gracefully sweeps through Baby Ford & Eon's 'Dead Eye', King Britt's killer mix of Josh One 'Contemplation', and a shufty house killer on DJ Assasin's 'Face In The Crowd'. It all turns a more mellow when David Sylvian's 'Forbidden Colours' morphs into DM's 'Esque', and then we're into a second section of darker, groovier house and acid into disco from Club M.C.M and DJ Linus, to Daniel Wang's 'Warped' and Walter Murphy's disco classic 'A Fifth Of Beethoven'. The closing section guides us through Klaus Schulze's 'Stardancer', Hell's own exceptional synth trip 'Germania' and finishes on Bowie and The Pat Metheny Group's 'This Is Not America'.
