Boomkat Product Review:
Amsterdam's Rush Hour crew have been firing off round after round of killer dancefloor 12"s this year so it seems like a top idea for them to compile the best of the bunch for the slow crew. The set runs through recent hits from Haruki Matsuo on 'Dankan' with a Radioslave style harder house cut, there's the instrumental mix of Tom Trago's version of Comtron's 'C64, and the absolutely f**king essential 'Second Track' from the Technose Distrikt 12" besides Kenny Larkin's 'Dark Disco', a peakin' mix of Conforce's 'Junction', 'Primary Roots' from Yurotrago, and more killers from Sebastian San and Kink & Neville. The 16 track set continues into more upper crust techno goodness from Recloose 'Maui's theme', Los Hermanos' Santiago Salazar on neo Detroit groover 'Materia Obscura' and finishes with a double whammy of two of this years biggest house and techno anthems 'Magnificent Speech Funk' by San Proper remixed by Laurent Garnier and Pied Plat's 'Ode To Ede', to leave you on a proper peakin' high. Most definitely all killer, no filler!
