Boomkat Product Review:
Two of electronic music's most important, august pioneers, Hans Joachim Roedelius and Dieter Moebius, returned from an eight year hiatus in 1991 to create the endearingly daft, debonaire and otherworldly 'Arpropos Cluster'. The albums revolves five compositions fanning out from punchy drum machine and aerated synths of 'Grenzg' to their live favourite, 'Emmenthal' featuring Stanislav Michalak on bass, to the cute MIDI orchestration of 'Falls', and one longform finale in the lushly complex, 22-minute 4th world panorama, 'Arpropos Cluster'.
