Boomkat Product Review:
Sigha really finds his groove on 'Abstractions I-IV', easily his most impressive release to date. Here he presents three tracks of swinging hydraulic syncopation approaching the recent styles of Dettmann or Regis. A-side opens with a placid stretch of electronica 'Something In Between Us', before peering fathoms deep with the rolling aqua-tech flow of 'Where I Come To Forget'. Flipside he engages with Millsian minimalism buoyed by spherical subs and sexy bleeps, while 'Drown' delves into beautifully bleak and etheric 4/4 reductions strongly reminding of Shifted or Dasha Rush.
