Boomkat Product Review:
Combining microhouse and motorised dub techno styles, '1200 Times' is the fullest-sounding production of the three tracks collected here, but is still characterised by Vendi's preoccupation with all things clicky, relying on a rhythmic infrastructure that really nags at the ears. In a not dissimilar fashion, '300 Titfunk' is constituted from pips and pops of microbe-like proportions, resulting in an overwhelmingly thin 'n' crispy sound balance. '900 Titfunk' is appropriately about three times the scale, with a good, solid kick keeping the trebly synth activity viable. Eventually a snappy snare sound joins in the fun and games allowing the production to sound fully-formed, albeit with a bias towards higher frequency EQing.
