Delsin tack into electronica currents with an impressive debut by Venetian producer, Seawash. There are obvious, and worthy, comparisons to be made with Actress, Oneohtrix Point Never and Laurel Halo, from the tangle of floating chorales and busted beats on 'Pantomime' to the glinting, prismatic grooves of 'Revolution' and the underwater soul chord on 'Free Alternatives', but the massive highlight has to be his captivating slow/fast R&B burnish 'Close (Vox)' and the tempered, yet spine-tingling technoid euphoria of 'Emeralds'.
