**Limited Edition transparent green vinyl - includes a download code redeemable from the label** aTelecine return to Dais Records - issuers of their debut LP - with a dark and paranoid soundtrack to the eponymous English/German film production. The film sounds right up Sasha Grey and co's alley - "a highly esoteric science fiction labyrinth in the shape of Phillip K. Dick meets William s Burroughs. “The surreality of certain dreams, or the intense attraction of a perplexity of new impressions in real life.” - which is perfectly reflected in their mazy tangle of analogue tendrils, oppressive drones and semi-organic sonorities. We'd daresay this is the band at their very best, channelling their energies behind a concrete yet abstract concept that perfectly suits their elusively gaseous sound and morphing structures. The highlight is no doubt the titular 13 minute centrepiece, an insectoid amalgam of Cronenberg-esque vibes and petrified drone, but the shorter cues are ace too, especially the spiralling kosmic tones of 'Sisters Lower 3rd's' and disquieting existentialist meditation 'Am I…I?'.
