Coming from San Francisco you should know that this latest banger from EPROM is gonna give the dancefloor the sort of kick you can only get from the serrated synthesizers we all pretend we don't like. 'Feldspar' takes the party down to its lowest level and injects it with a 140BPM adrenaline needle full of the sort of wobble it takes these days to get teenagers to lose their inhibiitons spontaneously. Thankfully the flipside dials it down a couple of notches and treats us to some classic John Carpenter vibes, albeit spiced up with the familiar shuffle of an 808 to keep things rolling in the right way. We might have just gone past All Hallows Eve, but 'Psycho' should keep the chills moving for the rest of the winter - fans of Zomby and Actress take note! Ace.
