Bossa isn't a genre of music that usually crosses my messy desk, that's for sure. Telebossa are unafraid to go full steam ahead into the genre, and the results are surprising and electrifying. There are simple tales of love and loss set to a backdrop of Brazilian sun, and this only gives the compositions more weight. The sheer variety on show here is what strikes me the most, and I get the feeling that the music here has been so meticulously thought out that it's hard to pick fault.
