Debut release on Davey Jones Records is a double header from Hot Flush's Gravious and the duo of Hackman & Bluto, working on some finer post-dubstep angles. Gravious comes across all old-skool Kode 9 with Eastern-tinged synth timbres and fluid halfstep rhythms on 'Future Blues' for the A-side while Hackman & Bluto veer away from their typical Funky-inspired sound to arrange air-carving future hardcore synths and discombobulated techno drum patterns. Lovely sleeve, cool record!
