Regis and Female task their Sandwell District boys (CH Signal, Function, Silent Servant) with remix detail on their Reality Or Nothing tracks from 1998. He might not put much out, but CH Signal always delivers hi-strength goods and his deeply submerged throbber is no exception. On the flip, Function's mix is subject to some crafty LFO treatment, making the bass pound like a Richie Hawtin's finest while icy-numb hi-hats shudder in the upper echelons, preparing the ground for an ultra-efficient stomper from Silent Servant. No f*cking about, these are serious tracks. Techno heads - do not sleep on this 12"!!
