Extending the buzz of their 'One Life Stand' album, Hot Chip invite Todd Edwards, Hot City, Caribou and (Todd) Osborne (aka Soundmurderer) for the obligatory remix session. Following remixes for Boris, Appaloosa and Kingdom, Todd Edwards' reappraisal as a foundational influence continues with his neo-baroque garage version of 'Hand Me Down Your Love', before Hot City brings the chunky London rave styles on a mix of 'We Have Love'. Caribou impresses with a delicately driving mix of 'Brothers' while Osborne really takes advantage of the source material to give a splendid MOR disco mix of 'Take It In'.
