F*cked-up Finnish B-boys Imatran Voima finally unleash the epic "Welfare State of Mind", in which Randy Barracuda and Fresh O Lex take a trip to the Social Security office, stumble into the street with their welfare cheques and head off into the night for a fix of electrobass and funk driven electronics. This record uses some of the craziest sounds we've ever heard and it's great to hear completely freaked out electro rather than the cold, sterile tracks-by-numbers that so often disappoint. The double vinyl LP comes with the bonus track "Valisoitto", unavailable on the CD. Mental.
