synkro / dbridge - Letting Go (D-Bridge Remix)
Inaugural release from Bristol's Blackout Music label featuring one original from Synkro plus a total stunner from DBridge. With 'Letting Go' it would appear that Synkro has dropped the garage flex for the present, following his acclaimed 'Departure' cut on Med School's 'New Blood' comp. It's a smooth transition, reworking his style at a 170bpm roll with characteristically moody atmospheres. In the presence of such greatness however, it will surely be overshadowed by DBridge's majestic rework, adding a lengthy and tranced out intro while fleshing out the track with his trademark key changes and a gliding bottom end. With the die-cut sleeve and full colour inner, this is pretty much a wet dream for the future D'n'B steppers. Big.
