That A-side has been on heavy rotation within the party circles of the Numbers and Night Slugs camps of late, and with total justification. When the hardcore break drops and the diva hits her stride there's not a still limb in the room! 'Deep Underground' on the flip comes off like a well measured blend of Deep Teknologi and Bok Bok's respective styles, swinging between Afro-heated Funky and triplet R'n'B infusions and 'Fool In You' sends swathes of swampy subbass under spiralling neon synths to trap dancers in a solipsistic vortex of post-garage Funky for fans of Joy Orbison et al.
