Nope, it's not the doyle in the hat, it's Berlin's dubstep souljah dropping a debut pair of productions for his own Version imprint. Orson has been Berlin's dubstep ambassador pretty much since day dot, heavily influencing the city's tastes with the Version club nights. 'Madness' sums up the Version vibe with a bass-meditating roller very much in the classic Loefah or Pinch style, all plummeting subs and congas shaped for lone-out skanking in front of the stacks. '808 Dub' on the flip chases the Swamp 81geist with padded bass-tones clipped and licked into hiphop leaning patterns for the dubstep B-boys. Crisp and heavy sh*t for the DJs!
