Grade A polyphonic indie-trance euphoria from Dan Deacon backed with remixes from Hudson Mohawke, Allez-Allez and Luke Abbott. You've just got to give yourself up to 'Woof Woof' or it doesn't really work, but when you've reached abandon point the cartoon noises, epic wurlitzer and pounding drums all start to make sense. With an ounce of ruder 'wegie style, Hudson Mohawke turns this into a killer modern psyche-funk groove while Allez-Allez go down a throbbing Italo/EBM route remixing 'Build Voice' and Luke Abbott gives an endearing slice of twee electronica. Really strong EP from this excellent imprint.
