Sandwell District's Function hands over his killer 'Disaffected' cut from the 'Anticiption' 12" for remixes from Ostgut's Ben Klock and Norman Nodge, while Ch-Signal Laboratories takes his turn at remixing 'Variance'. Klock's version is the one we'd draw for, sticking with the extended format but smudging the bassline and rewiring the lead synth for disorientating effect. Nodge's version keeps the tension just bubbling under with a stoic but deadly functional mix and the mysterious Ch-Signal Laboratories does his Plastikman style reductions in very fine style. A must for any dark techno heads - crucial twelve.
