The prolific Drew Lustman follows up numerous singles and albums already this year with a two-track 12" for Ramp. Calling the A-side 'Party' is slightly misleading as it's not exactly full on ravng gear, but Falty does a neat job consolidating the soulful US Garage style with the skip and swing of UK Garage, blending the two for a melancholy-but-groovy effect. On the flip 'Al+Pa+Fun' opts for spikily abstract territory, crafting a wonky halfstep riddim with skilled electronica trickery. For fans of Boxcutter, Shortstuff or Geiom.
