Part 1 on the A-side engulfs you with textured ambience and crushed drones like a dreamlike sea mist, full of filtered melodies and swelling string-based discord that penetrates foggier background textures with the slowly fraying glare of feedback. It sounds like Deathprod and Angelo Badalamenti performing up high on some mountain summit, the air pressure playing tricks on the sound and your perception of it - quite incredible music. Part 2 on the flipside continues with more rich and submerged textural darkness, bringing to an end an incredible foray into the sonic ether. An absolute must-have for dark ambient hounds, but be quick - there's only 300 copies for the world...
