The idea of World Power Alliance was for each member of the original Underground Resistance (Mike Banks, Jeff Mills & Robert Hood) to base a particular release on a country and their armed forces. This particular release was produced by Mike Banks, the Mills' composition was called "The Seawolf" and Hood came up with "Belgian Resistance" track. Ultra rare one sided 12", the flipside covered in a mental etching of the UR world alliance manifesto. Get busy.
