Sten debuted for the Dial label in 2002 with his TV 12", and six years on, he's still returning to the imprint, probably because he's one of its co-founders. This new three-track release commences with the title track, 'Way To The Stars', which boasts thick, soupy synth strings, floating pads and a side order of crisp handclaps to sharpen things up. Over on the flip 'More Stash!' weighs in with a seriously heavy bassline while 'The Gate (Version)' is a tad more experimental, featuring drum machines that verge on a freetime feel and dislocated tremolo chord sequences.
