Sampha and Koreless fuse souls on the debut Short Stories EP. 'On The Way' plays dainty and sweet with bobbling drums nodding to Footwork and James Blake peppered with Sampha's impish, dancing vox and tidiest soul chords. In the same manner, their B-side 'Let It Go' hinges on piquant bleeps and swirling Rhodes synched to staggered stabs and rising/descending cadence for the swinging dippers.
