Marcel Dettman marks the 25th release of 50 Weapons with two sleek techno tools. In contrast to his lowkey but killer 'Range' 12" for Ostgut Ton, the mood here is more frisky, funked up, in that dry Dettmann style, giving up the bum-grappling acid bass and fruity Chicago simmer of 'Linux' beside the Lil Louis-like 'jack of 'Ellipse'. Dope stuff. Here's looking forward to the next 25 Weapons.
