kryptic minds - Idiom / Breach
Kryptic Minds do Techno! The former D&B duo - now famed for their pressurised, noirish take on halfstep Dubstep - make equally successful inroads to the 4/4, 128bpm sound with 'Breach', a rolling, bass-wise killer sharing more in common with the monotone, moody productions of Sandwell District's Function than anyone else. Flipside 'Idiom' offers an even more stripped-down and icy take on their signature halfstep sound, perhaps betraying influence from the likes of ASC or Icicle?
